What if Businesses that do Integrated Employment be Recognized?

It seems to me that doing away with 14(c) certificates is not necessarily the answer. What needs to be done is to slowly eliminate the necessity for them. As a cog in a rather large business, I believe if the DOL certified integrated business like is done for women-owned, minority owned, or veteran owned that the system would migrate towards acceptance of bringing in adults with disabilities onto your staff. We should be doing away with sub-minimum wages but don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. There is a lot of passion for this topic, if everyone here knew which organizations supported integrated employment, wouldn't we see a spike in people doing business with them?
